BC Goes Wild is a month-long celebration of British Columbia’s great diversity of wildlife. September is historically a month where human-bear conflicts are at their highest. BC Goes Wild coincides with this month to bring awareness to these issues while also promoting ways we can all live, work, play and grow in wildlife country. WildSafeBC Community Coordinators are hosting FREE local events and all-ages activities across the Province such as nature walks, fruit presses, bear spray demonstrations, and so much more. WildSafeBC also hosts an annual Photography Contest and WildSafe Ranger Colouring Contest that every British Columbian is encouraged to take part in!
